Cornerstone Family Resource Center is now an official Community Partner with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC)! This means our team is trained and equipped to help families apply for vital benefits like:

 * Medicaid & CHIP

 * TANF

 * Other essential state programs

We're excited to expand our reach and partner with healthcare providers, housing organizations, workforce boards, and schools to bring benefit access directly into the community.
